Tips for filling out consultant agreement online:
- If you do not have your own personal website please put DO NOT HAVE ONE in the required field on the following page. One will be given to you once your application has been approved. If you do have your own website page please make sure to provide that information for us.
- Make sure that the password that you choose is at least six characters long. If the system will not allow you to go past the application try changing your password to something new.
- You will be asked for your $10 start up cost once you have filled out the consultant agreement entirely. This fee is non-refundable at any time for any reason.
